What MobileOps does
Automated work order creation
Work orders generated automatically when PredictiveCore predicts RUL < 72h or GridSense scores a HIGH/CRITICAL anomaly. Priority mapped from RUL hours: <24h → CRITICAL, <72h → HIGH, <168h → MEDIUM.
Real-time push notifications
STOMP over SockJS WebSocket. Technicians receive assignment notifications in under 2 seconds. Exponential backoff reconnect — survives flaky warehouse Wi-Fi.
QR equipment scanner
Scan any equipment QR code with the device camera to instantly view health score, RUL prediction, and active work order history. Manual ID fallback included.
Completion reports
Technicians submit completion notes and optional document photos. Reports are forwarded directly to AutomateFlow for OCR + NLP processing and CMMS routing.
Platform integration
MobileOps consumes events from PredictiveCore (RUL alerts) and GridSense (anomaly events). Completion documents are forwarded to AutomateFlow. All events flow via the Kafka backbone.
MVP status
MobileOps is at MVP stage. Offline sync (service worker caching), GPS-based technician routing, and biometric login are on the 2026 roadmap.
